Due: None!
Welcome back to school! Today in class students received a number of handouts from the school and school district -- these items need to be taken home to parents. Students then received a Parent Questionairre which is to be completed by the parents/guardians of each student and returned to Mrs. Thornton by Thursday, August 27!!!
Finally, students played a name game in class to get to know one another and myself.

Welcome Back!
Welcome back to Culbreth! As I have mentioned in class (for students) and in the parent letter, I will be maintaining a blog throughout this school year. The purpose of this blog is to keep YOU informed of what is going on during class time and what due dates are coming up. Each day I will record (a) what work was due, (b) what activities we did during class time, and (c) homework or other upcoming assignment due dates. Students should make a point to look at this blog if they have missed a day of class or are confused about a homework assignment. Extra copies of handouts will be located in the "Missed Something!" notebook in Ms. Barnes' classroom. Please let me know if there is any other information you wish to be shared through this blog!
