In class, students were introduced to their extra credit option for this quarter. Then, students completed a warm up about using "They", "It", and "Thing" in their writing and had the rest of the period to read in their literature circles.

In class students got their new vocab. list and SSR Goals sheet. Then, I passed back Charlie Essays and SSR Projects and showed students their report card grades. Finally, students read in their literature circle books.

In class, students finished reading their 2nd section in the Literature Circle books and completed their 2nd Worksheet.
Students then turned in their Reading Reflections!

In class, students reviewed for their Vocabulary Quiz on Friday. Then, they switched essays with a peer and edited eachother's papers.

In class, students practiced using apostrophes and then took a TOC quiz/check. Then, we discussed conclusion paragraphs and students completed their conclusion!
