In class, students turned in their SSR Reading Reflections and had time to assemble their cereal boxes which are due TOMORROW!

In class, we discussed the different types of point of view in literature. Then, students had time to read and work on their handouts in their literature circles. Finally, students completed a Twitter telling me what point of view their lit. circle book is told from and who the narrator is.

In class, students completed a warm up about using Context Clues with confusing words in reading. Then, they had the rest of the period to continue reading their literature circle books and work on the handouts.

In class, students took their Vocabulary Unit Test for this quarter. Then, they had the rest of class time to finish reading their assignment pages of the lit. circle books and complete their handouts for this week.
